Unit is equipped with flat screen TV's. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal.  Included in all our rentals are off street parking, wireless internet, beach tags, beach chairs and umbrella. We are only 1/2 block from the beach. There is a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean from the large rear deck.  Thankfully our home was not damaged in the recent hurricane Sandy and is available for rental.  UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NO LONGER RENT TO GROUPS UNDER 23 YEARS OLD.  

Our home is available for long term winter rental from Oct. 1, 2013 thru April 30, 2014.  Contact us for rates.  

OCEAN CITY IS OPEN AND READY FOR ALL RENTALS.  WE WILL BE FULLY RECOVERED FROM HURRICANE SANDY AND EXPECT A VERY GOOD SUMMER RENTAL SEASON.  

This is a non-smoking, no pet unit. Unit sleeps 2-6 with 1 queen
bed, two single beds and a pull out double sofa bed.  Unit has cable, flat screen TV's and a DVD player.  There is also a washer/dryer in the unit.  We also make sure our unit is very, very clean because we cleaan our own place.  We are very proud of our 75% to 80% repeat rental clientele.  

A large variety of boating, fishing, skyrides, kiddie rides,
arcades, attractions and resturants are all over the area. There are
many boardwalk and downtown shops to chose from and keep you very
busy. There is a golf course and a small plane airport. Cable
channel 2 will keep you informed of the many activities and events
that are planned throughout the summer. Ocean City has been named
the premier and best family resort in the United States by Money
magazine. We have resturants, stores, hair salon, supermarket, WaWa,
pharmacy and a large family playground within a walking distance of 3 blocks.
