120/nt Keystone condo sleeps 5 walk to lifts in Keystone

Brand new furniture, paint, flat screen TV's and bedding.

The condo has one bedroom with a queen bed and a separate twin bed.
There is another queen sofa bed in the living room which is
spacious. There is a large dining room table and nice size full
kitchen as well. So it sleeps a total of 5 people. There is also a
nice large bathroom with a full bathtub and large sink. Most 2
bedrooms in River Run are about 800 feet, this one bedroom is 750
feet so just a tad bit smaller than these two bedrooms so it feels
spacious. One bedrooms in River Run are only around 500 square feet.

The Oro Grande Lodge was built in 2001. Located in the Mountain
House area at Keystone resort, the Lodge offers a convenient
location for many of the area's most popular activities such as
skiing, snowboarding, golf, sailing, hiking, and mountain biking.
Oro Grande has a beautiful lodge atmosphere with a nice foyer with
tables and a fireplace. There is an indoor pool and hot tub located
next to the lobby. There is a fitness room as well. There is a
covered heated garage. You can walk to the lifts by crossing the
street a 5 minute walk. Or if you have children and you don't want
to walk you can take a free at the lobby door by a free shuttle. A
Basin is just about 15 minutes up the highway and Breckenridge is
about 20 minutes away. Dillon and Silverthorne offer great
restaurants and shopping for either non skiers or those that want to
take a break.Our condo is very quaint and homey with a beautiful
view on the mountains looking towards Dillon and Silverthorne. We
just purchased our condo and it is pristine shape.

You will find it is an updated building with the finest
amenities. There is a fitness room and the washer and dryer is right
next to the condo.
