Summer Specials in Isla del Sol

The beautifully landscaped grounds and the tropical birds create an
island paradise. This is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the
first floor overlooking the pool, jacuzzi and the Boca Ciega Bay.
The entire unit was redone in January 2008 with beautiful
Italian porcelain floors. The kitchen and both bathrooms have also been
renovated. You can sit on the patio, read the paper,
drink your coffee and if you are lucky, watch the dolphins perform in the bay.
Isla del Sol, an inland island, is 30 minutes from the Tampa Airport and Busch
Gardens,and 90 minutes from the Magic Kingdom. You are minutes
away from St. Pete Beach, Pass-A-Grille Beach and Fort DeSoto Beach
which is rated one of the best beaches in the US. Come and stay at
our little piece of paradise.

The condo is a ground floor unit with no stairs and covered
parking. The unit is fully equipped with a full-sized stacked
washer and dryer. The kitchen is complete with all utensils, dishes
flatware, pots and pans, Mr. Coffee, blender, toaster and
microwave. Linens, towels,and bath towels are supplied.
There are 3 tvs, a dvd/vcr player and portable cd player as well.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has
twin beds.  In April 2009 a new dishwasher, oven and microwave were added.  High speed internet service is available upon request.

There is a beautiful, large, heated pool and jacuzzi which leads to
a dock. There is an exercise room in the J building next to ours.
Tennis, golf, jet ski and boat rentals are nearby at your expense.

Rates are based on season and include all taxes, registration and
cleaning fees. Of course the winter rates are higher. Contact us for
the rates for the months you are interested in. A modest deposit is
required to hold your reservation.
