Vacation Rental Amenities

Queen size bed, full size bed, sleeps 1-5. Frig w ice maker, full 
size washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, cable TV, basic Phone, 
high speed internet service, all linens and kitchen appliances and 
ammenities are included, BBQ on condo patio and at pool area.
Dining table can be extended with leaf, also has 6 chairs. Master 
bath has shower and tub with double sinks. Second bath has oversized 
shower, both baths have towells and linens.  TV's in living area and 
both bedrooms.
 Videos, DVD's, stereo with CD's, adult and children games in game 
closet. Any Special needs or wants?  Ask me, if I can acommadate, I 
will.

Activities and Attractions

Pool, Spa, Walking Paths.  Adjacent to "Superstition Lakes" public 
golf course.  Short drive (20 mins.) to beautiful "Old Town 
Scottsdale", also new beautiful Shopping mall. Phoenix Sky Harbor 
Airport only 20 minutes away. Many upscale restaurants plus lunch 
and breakfast restaurants at adjacent golf course with breathtaking 
views, Starbucks, shopping mall; all within walking distance from 
the condo. 
Adjacent to heated pool & spa.  Lots of maps and excursion ideas in 
basket on inside table. Close to all the Phoenix sports activities,

Vacation Rental Rates

October - December 2006 - $1950/month
January - April 2007    - $2250/month
 Weekly Rates available upon request.
 $500 deposit holds your scheduled dates. All refundable if unit is 
left in good condition.
 $100 cleaning fee.
