Vacation Rental Description

The Beach Club of Marco is a (4) story complex located 1/2 mile  
South of the Marco Island Marriott, directly across the street from  
the Beach with private/gated beach access.  This condo features (1)  
bedroom, (1) bath, central air conditioning, views of the Gulf of  
Mexico, pull-out sofa bed and can accommodate 2-4 people comfortably. 
 
Marco Island is located just 45 minutes from the Southwest Regional  
Airport in Ft. Myers. 
 
Living Room:  Furnished in Tropical decor, TV w/VCR, queen sleeper  
sofa, glass top dining table can accommodate (4) people, screened  
lanai/patio faces the Gulf for sunset views. 
 
Kitchen:  Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave,  
toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, and all kitchen  
necessities. 
 
Bedroom:  Furnished in Tropical decor with queen bed, TV, clock  
radio, iron, ironing board, linens. 
 
Beach supplies include, beach chairs, ice chest/cooler, beach  
towels, sand toys. 
 
No Smoking Is Permitted.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated pool w/sundeck, BBQ area, tables, chairs, umbrellas, exercise  
room, (3) Tropical decor social rooms with chairs, tables & couches,  
(1) with big screen TV, shuffleboard court, (2) handball courts, (2)  
elevators, and coin-operated laundry facilities.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, water skiing, swimming, bike  
riding, scooter rentals, shelling, shopping, and movie theaters.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season:  May thru December 15th - $500.00/week, $2,000/month 
High Season:  December 16th thru April - $1,000/week, $3,000/month 
Daily Rates:  $125.00 per night - (3) night minimum (Low Season) 
Security/Damage Deposit Required:  $300/daily/weekly/monthly 
   Refunded after property inspection. 
Subject to 10% Florida Tourism Tax 
Housekeeping Charge:  Every Reservation 
Rent Due:  30 days prior to arrival 
Discounts offered for multiple weeks.
