Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful location with an incredable view of 3 
volcanoes , and just a 5 min drive into the centre of ATENAS 
declared by NASA and NATIONAL GEOGRAFIC as the best climate in the 
world. If you are looking to relocate or just want a nice vacation 
give this place a second look . We are on a 5 acre property with 
fruit trees and a small hobby coffee farm . Just in front of us is a 
family recreation area with tennis courts , 2 swimming pools , and a 
small waterslide. We are part of the Condotel Las Cascadas in Quepos 
Manuel Antonio chain and if you would like to combine your mountain 
and beach vacation we can help you in every way from airport pickup 
to tour planning . 
Atenas is only 25 min from the international airport in San Jose ( 
Alajuela) and from here you can visit volcan poas (35min) Arenal 
volcano (90min) Quepos/ManuelAntonio (2 hours) San Jose (40 min) 
plus many other activities we would be happy to set up for you ,
The house is a new  2 bedrom 2 bath open ,modern design  house. 
Great deck out front with incredable views day or night .
