This recently built custom home oozes luxury; with its peaceful 
location on the exclusive private island of Windermere, it is the 
ideal get away from it all luxury vacation home.

With 7,900 square feet of living space, 7 large bedrooms and 7 
bathrooms this home can easily sleep 18.  The master bedroom 
features a 10 foot wide bed, the other three bedrooms have king size 
beds and two guest bedrooms have two queens in each.  There is also 
a daybed with trundle located in the office/den and a portable baby 
bed available too.

There is also the option of relaxing by the heated infinity pool and 
Jacuzzi.  This really is a perfect paradise in which to enjoy your 
next luxury vacation.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sit back, relax, enjoy your favorite movies in your own movie 
theatre with 12 reclining movie seats.  Throughout the home there 
are seven televisions with DVD players and satellite.  There is also 
an office which is well equipped with high speed internet, computer, 
fax machine and printer.  There is a daily maid service, cooks and 
butlers available.  There is also an airport pick up service for an 
additional charge.

Activities and Attractions

There is a separate gymnasium, not to disturb other guests, which is 
equipped with a wide variety of machinery including a commercial 
cybex machine, a stair master, exercise mats, a lifestyle recumbent 
bike and dumbbells ranging from 5 to 50 pounds with a separate 
bench.  In just a few steps of your front door you are on a pink 
sandy beach, with two available kayaks, snorkeling gear and beach 
toys.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate is $15,000 per week for the first 10 guests; $500 for each 
extra guest.
Reservation deposit $3000.00/rental wk (refundable).
End of term cleaning fee $500.00.
