view of the Intracoastal from every room and the lovely patio, and can
leisurely enjoy the parade of boats while dining, relaxing, or sipping
your favorite beverage. 

This attractively furnished and newly decorated home features open
beam ceilings with ceiling fans, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living
room, Florida room, dining area, bar, outdoor patio, garage, and
circular drive. This lovely home has been remodeled, featuring an
updated kitchen with modern appliances and stone countertops, bar,
updated bathrooms, and terra cotta floors throughout.  

This home has everything you need; just bring your personal
belongings.  You can even bring your boat; we have a 20,000 lb. lift
to handle up to a 35-footer.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,500/week (Saturday 3pm to Saturday 11am)  $5,000/month
50% due at time of reservation, remaining 50% due 30 days prior to
arrival. 
Refundable damage security deposit of $1,000.  
Non-refundable cleaning fee of $50.
A small pet is allowed; additional $500 pet deposit fee required. 
No smoking, please.
