Comfortable, well-appointed vacation retreat in Bethany Beach. This two-level end-unit townhome is 
located away from the bustle of crowded condo complexes and town-center rental homes, but still 
close enough to walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants and avoid parking hassles. 
Especially if you want to avoid the mass-produced feel of the large condo complexes or highrise 
towers, this is the vacation rental for you! 

Located approximately 0.6 miles from the beach, at the corner of Jefferson Bridge Road 
and Kent Avenue, the townhome can comfortably accommodate up to ten people in three bedrooms and 
living area with full-size sofa-bed.

Kitchen: fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven
Dining area
Living area: comfortable chairs and sofas (including one fold-out sofa); counter with bar stools 
between kitchen and living area
Washer and dryer and powder room off the living area

Master bedroom: king-size bed with en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: two single beds
