June 9 - 15: $700 for the week
June 16 - 22: $800 for the week
June 23 - 29: $900 for the week
June 30 - August 10: $1,025 weekly
August 11 - 17: $900 for the week
August 18 - 24: $800 for the week
August 24 - 31: $750 for the week
Sept 1 - October 9: $700 weekly
October 10 - January 5, 2013: $650 weekly

Property manager's fees are 6% fee to finalize reservation and $55.00 renter's insurance. Optional linen service can be arranged for $147 per week.
