January 5 through June 14: $650 weekly
June 15 - 21: $700 for the week
June 22 - 28: $800 for the week
June 29 - July 12: $900 weekly
July 13 - August 16: $1,025 weekly
August 17 - 23: $900 for the week
August 24 - 30: $750 for the week
August 31 - January 4, 2014: $700 weekly

Property manager's fees are 6% fee to finalize reservation and $55.00 renter's insurance. Optional linen service can be arranged for $151 per week.
