cancellation fee charged or apply it a later reservation during the same year.

There are no other charges except sales tax of 12 1/2%

Departure cleaning fee is included in our price. Most others charge
extra for it.

This unit is classified as a resort condominium as defined in section
509.242 FS, and have obtained a group or collective license pursuant
to section 509.251, FL, prior to commencing operation.

Rates run $800-1200 depending on the season.
Property is available for rent all year.
Internet special price of $799 plus tax is available in the off
season which is: 4/24-5/29 and 7/31-12/18/2010

These rates do not apply to holidays or special events.
