End unit elevated town home built in 2003 this is our second home,so
its not some worn out rental unit.Entry level has storage for beach
stuff,first level is family room, 10x20 foot deck,kitchen,half bath
and laundry,gulf views,all tile floors.Second level 2 master bedrooms
the gulf side master bedroom has a 10x20 foot deckwith gulf views,the
other has a deck on the front of the unit,all carpet with tile
bathrooms,ceiling fans and cable t.v.This is a non smoking unit.Air
conditioned only 150 feet to the beach with no roads to cross, also
has fire sprinkler system.

Gas grill, out door shower,picnic table,phone,cable
t.v.,vcr,dvd,stereo,CD,full kitchen with all utensils,dishes
pots/pans microwave dishwasher Refrigerator w/icemaker coffee pot
linens washer/dryer covered parking air-conditioning all rooms have
ceiling fans recessed lighting and cable color t.v.Family room has 2
leather sofas one is a queen sleeper the other has 2
recliners.Kithchen table and a bar with bar stools.

skiing shelling relaxing great for families or just a couple looking
to relax

all rates subject to additional taxes and cleaning fees
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday
