Vacation Rental Description

Las Palomas is a 342 Acre Master plan that is home to an 18 hole 
Championship Links golf course. It is a gated resort that features 
24 hour security, room service, gourmet dining, underground parking, 
and high speed internet. Las Palomas also has an on site water 
purification system. You can actually drink the water! 
There is fun for the whole family on property! You will find 2 swim 
up bar/restaurants, negative edge pools, water slide, lazy rivers, 
hammocks, barbeque's, toddler pools, and hot tubs!

Welcome to Our Salty Piece Of Land! Our 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Las 
Palomas suite offers the most luxury you will find in Rocky Point, 
for the least amount of your vacation dollars. Our unit is found on 
the ninth floor of the Coronado building which is 1 of 3 beachfront 
buildings. It is the largest 1 bedroom floorplan on Sandy Beach. All 
of its contents were carefully selected for the most discriminating 
guest, by a very particular owner!
The bedroom is decorated in an "Old Hollywood" theme and features a 
king bed. In the living room you will find a large chair that pulls 
out to a twin bed and the couch pulls out into the most comfortable 
queen convertible bed ever!
The bathroom is appointed in travertine with a beautiful mosaic 
trim. The kitchen has granite counter-tops, brand new appliances, 
and a great blender! You will be able to cook every meal if you 
wish. For additional enjoyment you will find an ipod dock, board 
games, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs.
Our rates include all applicable fees-
You may find a unit that seems to be less expensive but for a worry free vacation I am afraid we 
have to play by Las Palomas' rules. I hate it as much as you do, but with their new fee structure 
you will end up paying the same after all is said and done.  Think of it this way, You may only save 
10% however by booking directly through the owner you get exactly what you see in the photos.  If 
you were to go through Las Palomas, you would not only pay more, but you might get placed in a unit 
that is below your standards.  We have many return guests, some that have stayed 9 or more times. 
You will not find a better location or niceer furnishings!

Vacation Rental Rates

In order to adhere with Las Palomas we can only discount 10% off rack rates.  The benefits to 
playing by the rules are: 1.The cleaning fee is included and your unit will be cleaned daily(instead 
of you paying the fee for only the cleaning after you check out) 2. You don't have to pay the resort 
fee of $25/day to the front desk which covers keys, beach towels, phone, internet, bell service, a 
resort charge card, and the ability to order room service. Believe me-I know how crazy it sounds!!!
Rates listed comply with Las Palomas' rules ensuring you have a worry free vacation!!!!
Sunday-Thursday nights $144 
Friday & Saturday nights $185.40
