Indian Pointe, 17MM, Condo Osage Beach in Osage Beach

Come relax and have fun with a beautiful view of the lake action
from the deck of the condo. Located in Osage Beach at the
17MM. By land you are close to all the action and shopping. By
water you are close to the party cove in one direction and Toad Cove
in the other direction.

The condo is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and a
Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 full baths and a
full kitchen. In the winter you can relax by the wood burning
fireplace. There are 2 TVs with DVD players. There is a DVD
library of 50+ movies. There is even a washer and dryer with iron
and iron board. You can sit outside on the covered deck while you
BBQ on the gas grill.

There are 3 pools, play grounds, tennis courts, club house, and a
half basketball court on site. There are restaurants close by no
matter if you travel by land or water. The shopping is great with 2
malls and tons of shops along hwy 54.

May 1 to Sept 14 is $135/night or $810/week(7th night is free). 2
night minimum stay May 1 to Aug 31. Sept 15 to April 30 is $95/night
or $570/week(7th night is free). Boat slip rental is $10
per night. $250 deposit is required. There is a $60 cleaning fee.
10% to 30% cancellation fees apply. Payment is preferred via credit card or money order.
