marvelous ocean view. This apartment is located in the Decoplage
building, which is where Lincoln Road meets the ocean. The building
provides direct access to the ocean.
The apartment has full kitchen, which includes a microwave oven,
stove/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and kitchen cabinets.
It is also fully equipped with all kitchenware. The bedroom includes
a Queen size bed, a walk-in closet, a chest, and a television (with
cable TV). The small living area includes a futon, which converts
into a full size bed, along with a TV (with cable access as well).
There is a dining table for 4 people. The apartment has one bathroom.

The building provides direct access to the ocean. It also has an
updated fitness center. There is 24-hour security. The building has
laundry facilities on every floor. It also has a grocery store, dry
