Our georgeous vacation home is located in the exclusive Windsor Hills Resort "Reserve" area and is
located only 1.5 miles from Disney's main gate! Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney! This
brand new premier 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath Executive home includes 3 King sized bedrooms, 1 Queen sized
bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. You can sleep 12 comfortably! Beautiful Cherry wood cabinets and
granite countertop in the kitchen along with stainless steel appliances, lavishly decorated home
with accent walls, custom window treatments and leather furnishings. There are TV's with DVD players
in every bedroom. Large 46" Plasma TV, along with Playstation 2 player in Family Room. Game room
equipped with pool table, foosball table and air hockey game. There is a high chair, crib and
stroller available too. Private Lanai over your heated pool and hot tub to keep out the bugs and a
child safety fence too! Relax under the lanai and look out over the lake and fountain in our back
yard.

Heated outdoor pool/spa with Child Safety Fence, 2 outdoor table and chairs sets, 4 lounge chairs to
relax in. Washer/Dryer, high chair, pack & play crib, stroller, high speed internet, microwave, TV's
in every
bedroom, leather furniture in family room. Playstation 2, DVD Players with each TV. Game Room with
pool table, air hockey and foosball table. Ceiling fans in every bedroom, electronice key pad front
entry and security system. Beautiful lake view home with large open grass area behind the house.

Located within Windsor Hills Community the large Community Clubhouse offers your family a fantastic
zero entry swimming pool complete with waterslide, big hot tub area, lounge area, 58 seat movie
theater, electronic games room, pool table and ping pong tables, air conditioned exercise facility
and tennis courts, volleyball courts. Many large fenced childrens playgrounds with play castles,
merry go rounds, slides and more located throughout the community. Sundries shop is also located at
the community center for those who forgot a few things, along with snacks and ice cream bars! Next
door is Mystic Dunes Golf Course which offers preferred rates to Windsor Hills guests. Many other
fine golf courses located close by are Falcon's Fire, Celebration Golf Club and all the Disney
Courses too. We are very close (1 mile) to an incredible number of fine dining and quick service
restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

$200.00 per night plus 13%tax Sept,Oct.,Nov.
$220.00 per night plus 13%tax Dec,Jan,Feb,May.
$250.00 per night plus 13%tax Mar, Apr, June, July, August and Holidays (Christmas,
Easter,Thanksgiving)
The is a $150 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights.
If pool heat is desired an additional fee of $20 per night applies.(reccommended october thru april)
There is a $500 downpayment required to reserve our home and that will be applied towards the
total rental fee. We also require a $500 Damage Deposit - this is refundable within 21 days after
you leave and home has been inspected.
