The Casa de Sueños de Oro is located on the tip of the La Audiencia 
peninsula in the famous La Punta community between Santiago and 
Manzanillo bays. The area has some of the most incredible 
unobstructed ocean views available. Residents of La Punta enjoy 
their own private beach club, tennis club, and courts. This is THE 
premiere gated community of Manzanillo. 

This villa features three levels of spacious living space with floor 
to ceiling windows in the living room showcasing the spectacular 
view of Santiago Bay. There are spacious outdoor balconies and areas 
to entertain that includes outdoor bar, fountain, and private 
swimming pool. Also for your entertainment pleasure is a gourmet 
kitchen with all the conveniences of home. 

The villa has four spacious bedroom suites each with its own private 
bath. The Master Suite features a king size bed and marble garden 
tub. Other amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, high-
speed internet, DVD player, linens, washer, dryer, and housekeeper 
every day. This vacation rental by owner would be perfect for a 
luxurious family vacation, a romantic getaway, or holiday retreat 
with the many amenities included, along with the spectacular views 
and magnificent sunsets from the numerous balconies and patios.

Casa de Sueños de Oro welcomes up to ten (10) guests with the 
following sleeping accommodations: 
Fabulous master suite with a king bed and marble garden tub. The 
master suite with its sliding glass doors opens up to a private 
balcony with ocean views. You will also have an ocean view while 
relaxing in the marble garden tub. 
Three (3) additional guest suites each with their own private bath. 
Each guest suite has sliding glass doors to the beautiful courtyard 
area. 
Guest suite 1:   King sized bed and bath with walk-in shower. 
Guest suite 2:   King sized bed and bath with walk-in shower. 
Guest suite 3:   Queen sized bed and bath with walk-in shower. 
Full sized sleeper sofa in living room area. 
Two living areas with spectacular views from both inside the home 
and from the balcony. 
Gourmet kitchen with all the conveniences of home. Also has a 
balcony from kitchen for easy convenience to enjoy those romantic 
dinners while watching the beautiful sunsets.
