Vacation Rental Description

Our property is a brand new beach house with a very open floor plan.  All appliances and decorations  
will be top of the line.  House has 3 bedrooms and two full baths downstairs.  Master bedroom has a  
Jacuzzi in it and also has French Doors that open up to an oversized deck, which has a beautiful  
view of the Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd floor will contain one 1/2 bath, kitchen, breakfast room and  
living area.  Living room will have vaulted ceilings, however above the kitchen will be a very  
spacious loft area which will contain 6 bunk beds so that everyone will have a nice comfortable  
place to sleep...we want you to feel as much at home as possible.  Also the screened area down below  
will contain a bar, mini refrigerator, direct line gas BBQ pit with attached sink, as well as a pool  
table, ping-pong table and a basketball arcade type game.  We have gone all out on amenities in  
order to make this the most enjoyable experience possible.  We are so sure that you won't be  
disappointed that we will waive  
your cleaning fee up to $75 if you are not satisfied. 
 
Every 2nd Saturday of the month Bay St Louis' historic district hosts an art Gallery opening.  Wine  
is usually served at the galleries and it gives you an opportunity to enjoy beautiful art work done  
by local artists.  New Orleans is only less than an hour drive, which would be perfect for a day  
trip.  The French Quarter offers excellent restaurants, beautiful historical architecture and many  
more assortments of things to do and see.  In addition to this there are two casinos both within 10  
minutes of the property.  The Silver Slipper casino is right down the beach and is probably a short  
five-minute drive.  Hollywood casino is a little farther down the road (less than ten minutes) and  
it offers one of the south’s most prestigious Golf Courses.  Canoeing/Tubing is also available and  
is approximately a 20-minute car ride. Please contact Wolf River Canoe & Kayak to make your

Come and enjoy the Beach House Getaway.  House has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from

every room.  It is only 200 yards from the beach.  Soak up the sun while the kids swim in the very  
kid-friendly  
water.  Beach chairs and beach stuff will be on premises, so no need to pack it up in the car.  Just  
grab your  
clothes, load the kids and head to the Beach House Getaway. 
   
 *property is actually lacated in Waveland however it is right on the Waveland-Bay St. Louis  
border.  Since we figured more people have probably heard of Bay St Louis rather that Waveland we  
decided to list it under Bay St Louis.
