Vacation Rental Description

     "Halfway to Heaven" is a mountaintop town home in Clayton, GA. The view from each of the 3 
decks is panoramic and stunning. The home is only a few miles from charming downtown Clayton with 
excellent dining and shopping, yet from our vantage point on the opposite side of Screamer mountain, 
the feeling is one of solitude and serenity. It is very quiet, and our view of the Chattahoochee 
National Forest and Warwoman Wildlife Management Area is pleasingly devoid of human activity.
      Our home has over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space, 3 decks, a 2-car carport, and easy paved 
access. The upstairs is all master bedroom and bath, with a deluxe king bed, deck, whirlpool tub by 
the window, a shower, Satellite TV, and even a digital piano!
     The main level includes a full kitchen with all the amenities you may need. There is seating 
for 8 in the dining area, as well as a screened porch for outdoor dining or lazing in our hammock. 
The sofa and loveseat both have built-in recliners to enhance your enjoyment of our High Definition 
TV with over 200 Dish channels, as well as our state of the art electric fireplace which can be 
enjoyed year round. The den has a full sofa sleeper and 1/2 bath.
     The lower level has two bedrooms, each with deluxe queen beds, a laundry room, expansive deck, 
and full bath. 
     Enjoy awesome sunrises and enchanted afternoons as you watch the mountain shadows deepen. The 
view is always changing with changes in the clouds and sun angle. Even rainy days can offer glorious

Vacation Rental Rates

March 1 - September 30: $650 weekly; $295 for any 2 nights, $100 for each additional night

October 1 - November 30: $750 weekly; $350 for any 2 nights, $125 for each additional night

We are closed December - February

There are no cleaning fees or other charges!
