Payment Methods Accepted: PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks, and
personal checks with 10 days to clear.
Payment Policy: All fees, deposits paid in advance, with 30% due 30
days before arrival and remainder due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning Fee: $175 per week.
Security Deposit: $1,000 (refundable)due upon reservation
