Amelia is new to our group of rental homes. It was updated in Dec 07
and is looking good! The views are fantastic! It sets right beside 1/4
mile of open land, there is not a window in this unit that doesn't have a
view. 

With Privacy Plus, this Gulf Front home also has gorgeous unrestricted
views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and the world
class Sunsets and White Sand Beaches Cape San Blas is famous for. With
3 gulf front decks that are less than 60 feet from the beach – You’ll
find that Amelia by the Sea is not just another great Gulf Front
Townhome. But that Amelia is actually very unique end unit with a
quarter mile of undeveloped beach to the immediate north and privacy
walls between decks, -  so it lives much more like a Gulf Front Single
Family home than a townhome, and it also gives you much more privacy
and outstanding panoramic Gulf Views that most Single Family Gulf
Front homes only wish they could offer. 

While enjoying your beach vacation at Amelia by the Sea, You’ll find
that our large windows and glass doors in every room allow you to see
and hear the surf while you dine inside or relax in the bedroom or
living room with a book. No matter what room you’re in or deck you are
on, when you look west or north, all you see is the unrestricted
panoramic views of beach, the aqua gulf waters, majestic white sand
dunes covered in waving sea oats, dolphins in the surf, and then way

will give you a feeling for the privacy and natural coastal beauty our
location on the beach offers you for your much deserved vacation.

2 large Gulf Front King Bedrooms with private decks makes Amelia by
the Sea perfect for two couples that travel together, yet want their
own private space for alone time; - and a third bedroom with new bunk
beds and a separate new trundle bed sleeps 4 additional guest,
allowing A-1 to comfortably sleep 8 in total without forcing someone
in vacationing families to sleep in the living room on a sofa bed. 

Amelia also has a well-stocked kitchen with all stainless steel
appliances, all bed and bath linen are brand new for 2008 and it
received many new upgrades in late 2007 in preparation of the 2008
rental season.

For you convenience, Amelia offers free wireless internet and free
long distance service so you can easily check in at home or enjoy a
working vacation.  A very large community pool is also just a few
steps away, as well as a playground area for the little ones.  Our
small community is also gated and Amelia by the Sea is the last home
at the end of a quiet street, eliminating parents concerns about traffic.
