Rental amount and cleaning fee are subjuect to 12% city and state taxes

$500.00 Refundable Booking/damage deposit due with signed rental
agreement.

Deposit is lost if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. If we are
able to rent it out during the cancelled time period then the 500.00
will be returned.

Non-refundable cleaning fee of 125.00 is required
