size beds plus queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. Fully furnished 
and all brand new, it has everything you will need. Right next to 
pool on main level. Walk to shopping, dining, parks, and golf. 
Everything you need is right there. 10 minutes to airport, 3 miles to
ASU, less than 5 min to Scottsdale. Exercise room just across from condo. 
Directly across the road from the newly approved Waveyard (To be 
finished in 2010)

Vacation Rental Rates

November-April $650.00 per week and $2250.00 per month

May thru Oct. $500.00 per week and $1700.00 per month

Cleaning fee $125.00

$500.00 Refundable Booking/damage deposit due with signed rental agreement. 

Deposit is lost if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. If we are 
able to rent it out during the cancelled time period then the 500.00 
will be returned. 

Non-refundable cleaning fee of 125.00 is required

Checks and Credit Card Accepted
