need. Right next to pool. Walk to shopping, dining,
parks. Everything you need is right there. 10 minutes to
airport, 2-3 miles to ASU, less than 10 min to Scottsdale. Small
Exercise room just across from condo.
The condo is also across the street from Riverview Park which has lots of shopping, entertainment, nightlife, dining, Bass Pro, Walmart, Home Depot, Marshalls, Banks, Party Store, Western Store, Dollar Store, Movie Theaters and much more for you to explore.

April thru December $500.00 per week and $1700.00 per month
Cleaning fee $125.00
Rental amount and cleaning fee are subjuect to 12% city and state taxes (city and state tax is applicable to all rentals under 29 days)
$500.00 Refundable Booking/damage deposit due with signed rental
agreement.
Deposit is lost if cancelled within 120 days of arrival. If we are
able to rent it out during the cancelled time period then the 500.00
will be returned.
Non-refundable cleaning fee of 125.00 is required
