Updated single level 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with 80 feet of private
waterfront on Highland Lake, Bridgton. Cottage is privately situated
on a quiet camp road approx 2 miles from Bridgton center.
House sleeps 6-8 comfortably, depending on adult/child ratio; In summer only, bonus bunkhouse sleeps additional guests (twin bed with trundle) and includes a game table and wall of closets for storage. Private parking for 3/4 cars. Waterview deck has gas grill, picnic table and outdoor furniture. Waterfront includes a dock
(21 ft boat max) with ladder entry into lake and deep water raft.
Waterfront is approximately 100ft from house across camp road.

All modern conveniences including cable TV, high speed wireless internet, DVD,
radio, washer and dryer, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. Also available -hairdryer, iron and board.
Newer beds, mattresses and pillows. Bedrooms - 1 queen bed; 2 twins; 1 full with trundle. Pull out single bed in family room. The bunkhouse has 1 twin w/trundle (summer only)
Bathroom has a full tub with shower. Ceiling fans or portable fans
throughout the house.
Private waterfront includes L-shaped dock with bench, room to dock
your boat (21 ft max) and a deep water raft. Adirondack chairs line the
shore.

Bridgton is at the base of the White Mountain Range in the SW part of
Maine. It is approx. 35 miles west of Portland and 20 miles east of
North Conway, NH on Rte 302. Bridgton is home to a drive-in movie
theatre, a new indoor cinema, hiking and nature trails, four free
public beaches and boat launches, Shawnee Peak Mountain, two ice
arenas and Bridgton Country Club. Bridgton has everything you need for
vacation - a beautiful lake, restaurants, food stores, a department
store, movie rentals, a fish market, pharmacy, canoe and kayak rentals
and book stores.
Highland Lake offers swimming, boating, great fishing and all
watersport activities. It's a peaceful lake with little boat traffic.
Due north, the Saco River offers rafting trips and canoe excursions
while Shawnee peak (5 minutes north) provides hiking and biking
options. Outlet Shopping is approx 30 minutes nearby in "tax free"
Conway, NH. The Causeway in Naples (15 minutes south) has
everything for the kids; Arcade games, sea-plane rides, miniature
golf, paddleboat cruises, shopping and lakefront restaurants.
Storyland, Santa's Village and Attitash Alpine Slides are great family
day trips.

Weekly rental is 7 night rental, Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in after 1:00pm, check-out before 10:00 am.
We accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money
orders. Guests are responsible for all sheets and towels.
Weekends/ mid-week stays may be available and are $200 -$250/night. Please inquire for availability.
$200 refundable damage deposit, 7% Maine state tax, $100 cleaning fee
and a signed rental agreement are required in addition to rental fee.
Pets are welcome with approval. Please inquire.
25% deposit required to reserve booking. All monies due within 90 days
of rental week. If Guest cancels after receipt of deposit, prior to 90
days before arrival, all money will be returned. In the event of a
cancellation within 90 days or less before arrival, the guest forfeits the full rental fee.
No Smoking inside house.
