Security Deposit: $1000 at the time of booking monthly rental and $250/weekly rental. Refundable if cancellation is 8 months prior to reservation date on High Season Rentals only. Refundable 1 months prior on Low Season and 2 Week Rentals. 

Balance to be paid in full 90 Days 'Prior to Arrival' for monthly-High Season, and 30 Days Prior for weekly rentals.

Refundable 30 Days after Departure

Services: A $125 non-refundable cleaning fee (monthly rentals)
A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee (weekly rentals)

Small Dog: Upon approval, not over 20 lbs, non-allergetic, non-shedding and must be house trained. SecurityDeposit $500 refundable within 30 days after departure. 
$50 per month/$15 per week added onto rental                                                 Non-refundable cleaning fee $50 for monthly/ $25 weekly. 

Golf Cart: Available under a separate contract at $100/month, must carry insurance rider
