(Discounted if rented more than one month)

*Holidays differ - Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, Easter Week
                              Memorial Day, New Years, 4th of July, President's Day all $1000 per week whether 2 days or 7 days, unless over one week then can be prorated.

Security Deposit: $1000 at the time of booking monthly rental and     $250/weekly rental. Refundable if cancellation is 6 months prior to reservation date on High Season Rentals only. Refundable 2 months prior on Low Season and Weekly Rentals. 

Balance to be paid in full 30 to 60 Days 'Prior to Arrival' for both monthly and weekly rentals.

Services: A $175 non-refundable cleaning fee (monthly rentals)
A $125 non-refundable cleaning fee (weekly rentals)

Small Dog: Upon approval, Deposit $500 refundable
$100 per month/$50 per week, non-refundable cleaning fee $50

Golf Cart: Available under a separate contract at $100/month
