Located at 3105 Asbury Ave. Beautifully decorated in beach themes,
well maintained and equipped throughout, 1st floor condo, a little
over a block to the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the
south end of Ocean City.
Gorgeous beach, the boardwalk, and all the activities of America’s
best family resort are yours to enjoy. During the summer rental
season, a trolley runs in the evening, providing convenient access
to the Boardwalk.
Walk to playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, restaurants, bike
rentals, arcade, bakery, ice cream parlor, shopping (to include CVS,
Wawa, and Acme) and churches, all within a few blocks.
You’ll save on realtor commissions and fees. Weekly, monthly, and
half season rentals are available. Please check calendar for summer
availability. Very reasonable off season weekend rates are
available upon request.
Families or adults only. No “senior week” or after prom rentals.

Activities and Attractions
A wide, clean beach is a little over a block away. Shops, eateries,
bakery, ice cream, arcade, bike rentals, playground, basketball and
tennis courts, grocery and drug store are all within easy walking
distance. Ocean City’s famous boardwalk is a brief bike ride or
trolley ride away and features amusement parks, shops, food,
miniature golf, movies and the music pier. Weekly fun w/Ocean City
Boardwalk “Family Night”, Ocean City’s shopping district, fishing,
surfing, crabbing, boating, water skiing, wave runners, sailing,
parasailing, and outstanding golf courses are all close by. Sand
Castle Playground and first rate tennis and basketball courts are
just a few blocks away. The excitement of Atlantic City is just a
half hour away, as is peaceful, victorian Cape May with compelling
shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Other South Jersey
shore points (Margate, Ventnor, Longport, Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone
Harbor, the Wildwoods), the Cape May Zoo, outlet shopping, and
Storybook Land are minutes away.
