Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful newly constructed 24OO sq. foot ranch home in 
East Naples. This nonsmoking home is in the gated community of 
Orange Blossom and sleeps up to eight people comfortably. 
Our master bedroom is furnished with a four poster king-size bed, a 
dresser and two nightstands. Leading off the bedroom is a large 
bathroom with his and hers basins, separate toilet, corner bath, and 
a large walk-in shower. 
The three other bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed, two twin 
beds and the den has a full size futon. 
Our screened-in lanai comes with outdoor seating, dining table, a 
tiled, heated pool/hot tub, stainless steel grill and tv.
Our game room entails a pool table and video arcade with pub table, 
chairs and tv.
Fully equipped spacious kitchen with GE appliances and all the small 
appliances you could possibly need.

Other amenities include a 2 car garage, a/c, ceiling fans in all 
rooms, a washer and dryer, bath towels, bed linens, iron and board, 
hairdryers, beach towels, sand toys and a cooler. 
All rooms have tv/dvd players with cable. There is a built in house 
stereo/cd/intercom system and infant pool safety alarms. The home 
has board games, video games, and a pool table. 
Full amenity center within the subdivision that includes a sand volley ball court,
two full size basketball courts, 4 tennis courts, a playground with jungle gym, slides,
swings, and rock climbing wall. The amenity center also has a beautiful, butterfly
shaped swimming pool, hot tub and full bathroom facilities.

Rates are US currency.

These rates include rental, pool/spa heat and all utilities (except 
phone) Calling cards must be used for all long distance telephone 
calls. 

We require a security deposit of $500.00 that is refundable within 
14 days of checkout provided that all real and personal property are 
in same condition as when occupancy commenced. There is also a 
$140.00 cleaning fee.

Rates are based on up to 6 occupants. Additional charges apply for over 6 occupants.
