Vacation Rental Description

Blackwater sound. Master room has a comfortable queen size bed and 
second room has a twin bed. Enjoy the sunsets from the open patio 
while sipping a Margarita or  just walk right out your 
back door and fish from the dock.

The home is centrally located.  You will never  want to leave from 
the paradise Key Largo has to offer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen, dishes, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, washer 
and dryer, gas BBQ grill, linens, central air conditioning, TV and 
picnic tables in patio.

Activities and Attractions

Boat and Jet Ski rentals, diving / fishing charters within minutes 
of home. Florida City outlet mall shopping 15 minutes away. John 
Pennekamp Park short distance away. Swim with the Dolphins in the 
famous Key Largo Dolphin Cove. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Vacation Rental Rates:

	$2,200 / month (includes utilities) or $ 800 week
	$200 (refundable) security deposit
	$80.00 (non-refundable) cleaning fee

	Rental is available during the months of September through 
        April 1st ONLY

Small pets are allowed with prior permission. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING 
PLEASE.
