Perth Western Australia Vacation Villa in Perth

The Manor is a very comfortable holiday home, with a large undercover Alfresco and BBQ area and is conveniently located to arterial roads and freeways should you wish to have a day trip into the countryside or to the city. Public transport (Bus) is closeby and takes 15 minutes to the city of Perth.

Canning Vale is a relatively new and very popular suburb for its location to the city, freeways and its proximity to many conveniences. The local Livingston Market Place shopping centre has 55 specialty shops, including the convenience shops and only 2 minutes by car or a pleasant 4-5 mins stroll/walking.  A childrens playground and 2 tennis courts are within 2 minutes walk of the Manor and there are plenty of path and cycleways.

We stayed in this beautiful home with another couple. There is nothing you need to bring, with the exception of clothes and personal items. It was like coming home. There was nothing that was not
provided. Suzanne provided a wonderful breakfast for us to cook the first morning and champagne, the most delicious tea, chocolates under the pillows!

There are beautiful walking paths. It is close to public transportation, though we rented a car. I really cannot tell you how highly I recommend this vacation rental. We look forward to returning, to stay for 2-3 months. There is just too much to see! Cathy & Bob USA May 2008

A new BBQ and portable gas heater.

Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed). 
This room has ample space for the port a cot.

Bedroom 3 Single Bed
This bedroom has a mini ensuite or is attached to the 2nd Bathroom & wc.

Compact with shower and wc.
Hairdryer included.

Bedroom 4 (Theatre Room) Double Futon - 50" Large Plasma TV
From the landing you gain access to the theatre room by 2 french doors.
Chocolate lounge with 2 matching reclining theatre chairs. The theatre room has another television.

Sony playstation with games library, boardgames and an extensive
book library.

Beach towels supplied, 2 beach umbrellas, picnic basket, large cooler esky, 4 tennis racquets.  Residence is well stocked with Tourist Brochures and Pamphlets for your convenience.

Cot, Children's mattresses, 1 x Single Folda Bed, Stroller, 2 x High Chairs. (All available upon request)

Many Take-away restaurants are close by for those hassle free evening meals.
