Vacation Rental Description

 Custom designed Tropical Keys Home on one of the nicest flow 
through deep water canals leading to the ocean in Summerland Key! 
Open floor plan that flows to the outside porch allows for tropical 
breezes and spacious entertainment!!
 Spacious kitchen to include all stainless appliances and large 
seating for 6 or more at the granite island bar! You can flow from 
the island bar to the open living room with wrap around leather sofa 
to view your favorite movies on the 50" Flat Panel TV.
 Master Bedroom has large California Walk-In Closet and King Bed 
with views of Outside porch and large Jacuzzi. And the Master Shower 
is a hedonistic experience with Rainfall Showers and 8 surrounding 
water sprays to immerse you in water pleasure. Guest Bedrooms have 
spacious queen beds, Flat Panel TV's, and California Closets.
 The Screened in Tropical Private Porch overlooks the canal and deep 
blue ocean while the overhead porch fans cool you in the 8 person 
Hot Spring Jacuzzi. Enjoy the state of the art Jacuzzi with enough 
massaging jets to keep you smiling for some time.
 The House overlooks a beautiful private airstrip that allows for 
private aircraft to fly in and access their tropical homes. A very 
unique sight to behold!

Vacation Rental Amenities

 And speaking of world class entertainment! The State of the art 
Audio-visual system with surround sound fills the house and porch 
with the music of your choice. Flat Panel Plasma TV's in each room 
allow for majestic visual experiences.
 All the Audio and visual entertainment is controlled by a easy to 
use LCD remote. The house was designed with a unique lighting system 
that allows you to create endless moods of lighting for your 
pleasure. Have fun directing the lights! 
 The house is Internet Ready with high speed wireless access for 
your laptop computer needs. Printer and copier also available if 
needed.
 The Screened in porch has seating for 6-8 in comfortable outdoor 
sling style rocker and swivel chairs for your utmost comfort. Large 
sliding Porch doors open the house and master bedroom for great 
access.
 

Activities and Attractions

 Whoa! Where do we begin? Bring or Charter your own boat and launch 
from the canal dock in your backyard where you can navigate the deep 
water canal to the most beautiful waters in the Keys.
 Divers will appreciate the quick access to Looe Key national park 
for some great finger reef diving. The Aldolphous Bush wreck dive 
provides a deep 80-100 foot wonderful diving experience. From world 
class deep sea fishing, lobstering, snorkeling, scuba diving, 
kayaking, sailing, and just plain ole swimming-the waters off of 
Summerland Key can't be beat! 
 For the biking enthusiasts several mountain riding bikes are 
provided for your enjoyment around the island. Also kayaks are 
available for your use for your kayaking adventures in your backyard 
canal to the ocean in search of playful Dolphin and swimming 
Iguanas! 
 You are 20 minutes from Downtown Key West when you need to indulge 
in all the shopping and fine eating establishments of Duval street. 
And 20-25 minutes to Marathon Key where the world famous Grassy Key 
Dolphin Research Park is where you can swim with the dolphins in 
their lagoons! All the fun and excitement of the Florida Keys awaits 
you here at Dolphin's Cove at Summerland Key! 

Vacation Rental Rates

$3000 to $5000  per Month  (Depending on Season and Events)
$1800 to $2200  per Week   (Depending on Season and Events)

Monroe County requires a 28 minimum day Short Term lease.
Call or email your vacation plans so we can accomadate you.

$1,000 Security Deposit is required to secure reservation. 
Reservation Deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE for cancellation 
up to 60 days in advance of specified occupancy date less $200.00.

Full Payment is required 60 days prior to occupancy and is non-refundable 
unless property can be re-leased by the owner for the cancelled period.
Payment by wire transfer, certified check or Credit Card can be arranged.

There is a 11.5% state and tourist tax on rent and a cleaning fee.

The cleaning fee is $150.00 and is in addition to the rental fee.
Utility charges incurred in excess of $100.00 will be charged
and are deductible from the security deposit.

Please inquire for special pricing for any Holidays, FantasyFest 
week, Lobster season and longer term rental needs. Will be happy to 
accomadate most desires to enhance your vacation needs.
