And the Master  Shower is a hedonistic experience with Rainfall Showers and 8 surrounding water sprays to immerse you in water pleasure.                    Guest Bedroom has two spacious queen beds and can accomadate four with a 42" Flat Panel TV and California Closets. Living Room Sectional  Sofa with pull out Full bed can accomadate two.
Screened In Tropical Private Porch overlooks the canal and deep
blue ocean while the overhead porch fans cool you in the 8 person
Hot Spring Jacuzzi.   Enjoy the state of the art Jacuzzi with enough
massaging jets to keep you smiling for some time.
The Villa overlooks a beautiful private airstrip that allows for
private aircraft to fly in and access their tropical homes. A very
unique sight to behold!

WORLD Class Custom Entertainment! The State of the art
Audio-Visual system with surround sound fills the house and porch
with the music of your choice. 42" Flat Panel Plasma TV's in each
room allow for majestic visual experiences.
AUDIO and VISUAL entertainment is controlled by a easy to
use LCD remote. The house was designed with a unique lighting system
that allows you to create endless moods of lighting for your
pleasure. Have fun directing the lights!
INTERNET Ready with high speed wireless access for your laptop
computer needs. Desktop DELL XPS all in one computer, Printer and
copier also available if needed.
SCREENED in Porch has seating for 6-8 in comfortable outdoor
tropical lounge chair furniture for your utmost comfort. Large
sliding Porch doors open the house and master bedroom for great
access.

Whoa! Where do we begin?
BRING OR CHARTER your own boat and launch from the houses's canal
dock in your backyard where you can navigate the deep water canal to
the most beautiful waters in the Keys.
SCUBA DIVERS will appreciate the quick access to Looe Key national
park for some great finger reef diving. The Aldolphous Bush wreck
provides a deep 80-100 foot wonderful diving experience. From world
class deep sea fishing, lobstering, snorkeling, scuba diving,
kayaking, sailing, and just plain ole swimming-the waters off of
Summerland Key can't be beat!
BIKING ENTHUSIASTS can enjoy several mountain riding bikes for your
biking enjoyment around the island. Also 4 OCEAN II TANDEM KAYAKS are
available for your use in your kayaking adventures throughout the
backyard canal to the ocean in search of playful Dolphin and swimming
Iguanas!
DOWNTOWN KEY WEST is only 20 minutes away where you need to indulge
in all the shopping and fine eating establishments of Duval street.
And you are only 20-25 minutes to Marathon Key where the world famous
Grassy Key Dolphin Research Park is and where you can swim with the
dolphins in their lagoons! All the fun and excitement of the Florida
Keys awaits you here at Summerland Key!

$3000 to $5000 per Month (Depending on Season and Events)

Monroe County requires a 28 minimum day Short Term Lease.

$500.00 Security Deposit is required to secure reservation.
Reservation Deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE for cancellation
up to 60 days in advance of specified occupancy date less $200.00.
Full Payment is required 60 days prior to occupancy and is non-
refundable unless property can be re-leased by the owner for the
cancelled period.
Payment by wire transfer, certified check or Credit Card can be
arranged.
There is a 12.5% state and tourist tax on rent and a cleaning fee.
The cleaning fee is $150.00 and is in addition to the rental fee.
Utility charges incurred in excess of $100.00 will be charged
and are deductible from the security deposit.

week, Lobster season and longer term rental needs. Will be happy to
accomadate most desires to enhance your vacation needs.
