Vacation Rental Description

Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes (within 2 to 3 miles) 
from casinos, beaches and Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, Bijou Golf 
Course, Library, Bowling Alley and Community Recreation Center. The 
Center has a year round swimming pool and a year round Ice Skating 
Arena.  This 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental is completely 
furnished which includes fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, 
Cable TV with DVD/VCR, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 3 bedroom 2 bath rental comfortably sleeps 8. It has 1 king, 1 
queen, 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa sleeper within the 3 bedrooms. The 
kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including stove, 
refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.  There is also a 
washer and dryer and all linens and towels are provided.

Activities and Attractions

Many activities are within 2 to 3 miles which includes the casinos, 
golfing (Bijou Golf Course), skiing/snowboarding (Heavenly Valley 
Ski Resort), bowling, swimming at the beach or year round swimming 
at the community recreation center. The center also has a year round 
ice skating arena. Other activities include hiking, biking, fishing, 
water skiing, sailing, kayaking.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates - April thru October -  $100/night - Minimum 2 nights

Winter Rates - November thru March - $125/night -  Minimum 2 nights

Holidays - $250/night, minimum 3 nights -- Memorial Day, Labor Day,
                 Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year's week, President's Day.

$300 refundable security deposit and $75 cleaning fee

Payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
