refrigerator, electric range, appliances, etc. Wall to wall large  
tile floors add to the exclusive look and feel.  
 
AREA Information:  
Panama City Beach is located on the Florida panhandle with over 16  
miles of beautiful beach along the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews  
Bay. This coastal resort area has a natural beauty with incredible  
soft, white sands, navigable waterways and plentiful marine life.  
There are three state parks in the region that are ranked among the  
country’s top 20 beaches. Panama City Beach is a family-fun beach  
destination that has a definite “surf city” feel to it during  
college spring break time. Public beaches along the “Miracle Strip”  
combine with a plethora of video game arcades, miniature golf,  
sidewalk cafes, gift shops and restaurants. There is an endless

can also board a ferry to visit Shell Island, a barrier island in
