yards of this condo where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and hear
the surf as it rolls in. New Smyrna Beach is a small quiet little
town with much to offer. In addition to the beach, you can walk to
shopping, dining and many other activities including many art
festivals held throughout the year. New Smyrna Beach is only 1 hour
from Orlando and Disney World, 40 minutes from the Kennedy Space
Center and a short 20 miles from Daytona Beach. Many golf courses as
well as live theatre are located in New Smyrna Beach. This condo is
fully equipped with all the comforts of home and can easily sleep 5 
adults. The master bedroom has a king size bed and cable TV. The
guest bedroom has a queen size bed with cable TV  and there is a sleeper sofa
in the living room. Sliding glass doors lead to the outside private
patio. The condo has its own full size washer/dryer as well. This is
a non-smoking unit and pets are permitted only under special
permission and with an additional fee.
