        Walk to specialty shops, deli/grocery store, bank, cleaners, and a variety  of restaurants. Water sports rentals right on Sand Key and boat rides and rentals just minutes away in Clearwater Beach.   Public "trolley" offers transportation from Sand Key to Clearwater Beach and to other nearby beaches. Trolley stops right in front of building and will take you North  to Clearwater Beach to enjoy walking along the new and beautiful Beach Walk that ends at Pier 60 where arts and crafts exhibitions take place 2 hours before and after the sunset and where you find water sports rentals and rides and restaurants. The trolley will also stop at the Clearwater Aquarium where the famous dolphin, WINTER, lives.  It will also take you South to quaint restaurants, such as Guppys and a great seafood restaurant, Keegans.  Other things you could do is play miniature golf right on Clearwater Beach or play golf at public golf courses a few miles away.  Other places you can go to are:  Bush Gardens, approximately one hour away and to Orlando to Disney World and all the other parks less than two hours away.  If you are flying to Florida, there are two relatively close airports--Clearwater/St. Pete Airport (approximately 20 minutes away) and the Tampa International Airport, (approximately 45 minutes away).
