Vacation Rental Description

 WOW!! Intercoastal riverfront home with spectacular views from this 4,000 
square foot home plus two car garage. Short walk(350 yards) to ocean and beach with showers,

4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom, heated pool, dock, boat house, and 2 
lifts.  Fantastic home for family reunions and weddings!
Detached two car garage with 8'high opening for high top van. 
Upstairs master suite is 1000 square feet which overlooks the 
river with king bed and separate sitting area with sleeper sofa.  
There's a jacuzzi tub and oversized shower in the spectular bathroom, 
walk-in closet, and kitchenette. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms 
all with their own private bathroom and TV's. Two have king beds and  
one has a double futon with single on top plus another double bed.
  The living room has a beautiful stone
wood burning fireplace to enjoy along with an extensive library of 
books and dvds to enjoy on the 65" widescreen TV.
 
The lovely equiped kitchen opens up into the great room, both looking 
out over 
the boats and dolphins passing by on the intercoastal waterway. 
There's a queen 
sleeper sofa in the sitting area off the family room with views of 
the water as well. Wireless internet access and computer are 
provided. Come watch the dolphins and manatees play while relaxing 
and enjoying fabulous sunsets around the pool deck. There's a gas bbq 
grill for your use. Great fishing from private dock and bring your 
boat and jetski with lifts for both.  Fenced yard allows for pets to 
roam safely (please clean up after).  Plus a 2 car garage with 8' 
high opening - high top van will fit.  Just a short walk to the ocean 
and beach. PLEASE NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE.
