located directly on the quiet Indian Rocks beachfront but within

cabinets and granite countertops is completely stocked with cookware  
(calphalon) and utensils as well as top of the line GE appliances.  
Everything is new. 
 
A king-size bed is in the master bedroom with adjoining private  
bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds  
and is next to the hall bath with tub/shower. There is upgraded tile  
and maple cabinets throughout the unit.Your large balcony overlooks  
the pool, spa, large gas grill and BBQ area as well as the beautiful  
sandy beach. This is a small complex (20) units with elevator access  
and under building parking. All of the furnishings are new (painted  
white and natural pine furniture with blue and yellow colors for a  
beach feel). 
Sunsets are spectacular from your private balcony, so plan your  
dinners to include your own private viewing. This is a no pet, non- 
smoking condominium. A perfect family vacation spot or quiet retreat
