back. We include starter products for bathrooms, kitchen and laundry facilities. We also make
available for your use during your stay numerous DVD movies, board games and a library of books for
your enjoyment.

Our home is also located within walking distance of Sand Pointe park which has picnic tables,
a sandy beach area, public restrooms and designated swimming area that is great for family and
children to swim during your stay at our home.

Holiday Rates: $265.00 a Night or if Booked 5 Nights or More During the Holiday $250.00 a Night.

Peak Season Rates: (March Thru Labor Day)Up to 3 Nights $265.00 a Night, up to 5 Nights $250.00 a Night, more than 5 Nights $225.00 a Night.

Cleaning fee, pet fee and hotel/lodging taxes are not included in nightly rate.
