· 1br 1ba Mountain Cabin (Accommodates up to 3 comfortably)

Cabins are within 100 ft. of stream. Native trout in the stream for
fishing (catch-and-release only).

Main House (available for rent at select times)
· 3br 3ba House Newly Renovated!

Accommodates up to 7 with over 2500 sq. ft. of living space. Also,
this house has three decks and an outdoor barbecue.

Situated on the East Fork of the French Broad River in Brevard, North
Carolina in the Blue Ridge Mountains, this spot is a haven of rest for
body and soul.

Twenty-two acres of riverside land are yours to wander and explore.
Many private spots for seclusion exist around river, lake, pond, and
mountain trail.

This is a perfect spot for spiritual retreat, especially for groups,
family reunions, weddings, couples, or individuals seeking a quiet
sanctuary for meditation or relaxation in any season.

Blue Ridge Vistas is a Brevard, North Carolina secluded mountain
retreat and vacation rental. Perfect for weddings, family reunions,
exclusive retreats and groups up to 13 seeking a quiet sanctuary for
meditation or relaxation.

These cabins are uniquely situated on a small peninsula connected by a
bridge (50,000 lb capacity) surrounded on three sides by the East Fork
of the French Broad river and on the fourth side by the foothills of
the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Foot trails are being constructed to connect these beautiful quaint
cabins with the rest of the property. Sit back and relax in your fully
furnished cabin, which has all the comforts of home (dishwasher,
washer and dryer, satellite television, central air and heat). Also
included are sun decks and covered decks.

· 3br 3ba House (newly rennovated) - Accomodates up to 7 with over
2500 sq. ft. of living space. Also, this house has three decks and an
outdoor barbecue.

· 13 speakers connect the indoors with the outdoors especially while
you are relaxing in
the newly installed infrared sauna (accomodates two people).

Now 1000 sq ft of covered deck front back & sides. 1500 sq ft deck total.

This is a beautiful get-away with 22 acres, including 1,000 feet of
the east fork of the French Broad River, 3/4 acre stocked pond with a
small waterfall (rainbow trout), private lagoon with a 15 ft.
waterfall, and wooded walking paths, connected by 3 bridges over the
east fork of the French Broad River.

Activities and Attractions

Blue Ridge Vistas vacation rentals in the Blue Ridge Mountains can
provide a quiet, reflective retreat or an active adventure. The East
Fork of the French Broad River, as well as the many other North
Carolina Transylvania County Rivers, offer excellent fishing. Canoeing
and white water rafting are also available nearby.

Beautiful golf courses, tennis and swimming are also close at hand.
Rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and waterfall appreciation is
possible in the immediate vicinity of Blue Ridge Vistas.

We are also near one of the premier Mountain Biking sites in the U.S.
DuPont State Park hosts dozens of beginning to advanced mountain bike
trails. In this wonderful park, one can visit unmatched waterfalls on
hidden mountain trails under the canopy of evergreen and deciduous old
growth forest. This area is also a meca for bird watchers. Not to be
overlooked is the spectacular shows that the lighting bugs
(fire-flies) put on between May and August.

This NC area is quickly being recognized as an outdoorsman's paradise.
The Davidson River offers year round catch and release fly fishing.
This pristine stream courses down through bed rock, resulting in
uncharacteristically crystal clear water. Trout also abound in all
forks of the French Broad River. Please note trout caught only two
miles from the front door of Blue Ridge Vistas, on the East Fork of
the French Broad. Note: All fishing in stream and pond at Blueridge
Vistas is catch and release only.

The climate around Brevard is moderate, offering four seasons with
comparatively cooler Southern summers and very mild winters. Because
of this, the outdoor activities, including golf, are available nearly
year-round, with snowfall generally staying on the ground less than
two weeks per year. Sightseeing is a daily occupation for the average
visitor. Whitewater rafting and guided mountain climbing activities
are available in nearby Marshall.

Main House - Completely Renovated.
The house (3br, 3ba and sauna) 2500 sq. ft. It also has 1000 sq. ft of
covered deck on front and back. The infrared sauna, complete with CD
player is located in the master bedroom.

Main House:
$300/night with 4 night minimum, or $1800/week

3br 2ba 7-8 (not individual) (washer/dryer satellite TV, 3 decks,
outdoor barbecue, separate living and dining rooms, private lagoon and
3/4 acre pond with Bass and Brim, no limit and no charge). Sleeps 7
including air bed.
