dock. Neighborhood boat ramp within 1000 feet. Water front on the main channel, Tugaloo Branch of 
Lake Hartwell. Fully furnished home will accomodate up to 10 persons. Stove, refrigerator,dishwasher, 
micro, washer, dryer, all utensils, linens, television, CD/VCR player, stereo. Bring your boat and 
groceries for your family.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Lake front with lake view from the deck. Covered slip dock on the water. Quiet neighborhood with 
easy access to many outdoor activities. No Traffic Jams! Minutes to shopping in Seneca, Westminster, 
and Anderson, S.C. Also near to Lavonia and Taccoa, Georgia. 
Nearby retail includes Super Wallmart, Belks, Lowes, Home Depot, Walgreens, Harbor Light Marina, Ace 
Hardware, etc. Nearby restaurants include: T-60 Grill (on the lake), Zaxby's, Fatz, Ryans, Chic-Fil-
A, Applebee's, Arby's, etc. Hospital: Oconee County Hospital is located in Seneca, S.C. (20 Minutes) 
Theaters: Dickenson Theater, 123 Bypass, Seneca. Am Star Stadium, 193 Civic Center Blvd. Anderson.

Vacation Rental Rates

May - Sept $995.00 per week / $150.00 per night for up to 6 persons. Each addl. guest $10. per night.
May - Sept Holidays = $1250 per wk / $200. per night up to 6 persons. Ea. addl. guest $15. per night.
Oct - Apr  $895.00 per week / $125.00 per night for up to 6 persons. each addl. guest $10. per night.
Oct - Apr Holidays = $1050. per wk / $175 per night up to 6 persons. Ea. addl. guest $15. per night.

All reservations require a $250.00 reservation deposit at the time of the reservation which will 
convert to security deposit at time of check in.(Refundable with no damage upon check out inspection.)

Cleaning fee of $75.00 is collected at time of check in.
