house.
A covered lanai and patio area surround the pool which is situated
on the water and is the perfect place for morning coffee or
entertaining.
The home features 3 bedrooms which are appointed with designer
linens. The master bedroom and the guest bedrooms all have adjoinging baths. A beautiful dining
room with seating for 6. A unique 3 sided fireplaced living room overlooking the pool and
water. Family room with wonderful sectional couch, office with
desk, printer, couch and TV and wi-fi - a perfect get away for quick checks of
email or a working vacation. A comfortable den with recliner, futon couch/bed and big
screen TV. 2 car garage and fully equipped kitchen with granite
counters, 4 TVs, 1 integrated vcr/dvd player, stereo system, central
vacuum, washer and dryer and pool side grill.
The home is located in a desirable gated community featuring 2
tennis courts, 2 lakes and a beautiful marina on the intercostal.
The home is located very close to all the specialty shops and fine
dining on Ocean Drive as well as all beaches.

Truly paradise!

This rental property is truly more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures can even express. My husband and I fell in love with this house the moment we saw the pictures, but when we actually walked into the home, we felt like we were in paradise. Our children (5yrs and 17 months) loved the open space and it was so easy to keep an eye on them while cooking or cleaning up after meals. There was no worries with the pool area as the owners so graciously suggested putting up a fence around the pool. The home was spotless and clean upon our arrival and when we had a question regarding the home, the owners were very quick to respond and were always kind and willing to do whatever necessary to make our stay comfortable. It was like we were renting from a friend we'd known for many years.

Beyond the home itself, the community was very quiet and pleasant and the guards at the gate were all so warm, helpful, and welcoming. The home was close to so many wonderful sites and even a free nature museum for children. It was close enough to Orlando that we were able to do a day at Disney and we also traveled to neighboring towns and beaches, but there really was no need to travel far since the home is situated between two very beautiful beaches which are easy to access and less than five minutes away in either direction.

This was truly one of the best vacations my family has ever had and we owe a lot of that to our decision to rent this home in beautiful Vero. We will most certainly rent this home again and we have encouraged all of our friends and family to do the same if they ever plan on traveling to the central Florida area.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
