and in the living area.  Pull out queen sofa bed for extra guests in 
living area. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Master bedroom has a 
king size bed, two walk in closets and full bath.  Laundry room 
fully equipped.  Kitchen is fully equipped. Front and back lanai 
with comfortable seating. Alcove near kitchen has desk and chairs- 
with ethernet hook up for computer. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Golf membership transferred over to tenant.  Newly renovated 
Heritage Oaks private golf course at your fingertips.  Three local 
heated pools to choose from, or swim in the large heated club house 
pool with hot tub.  Tennis at day or night on premises.  Aqua 
driving range to practice before your round of golf. Overlook water 
and golf course views as you dine in the newly renovated english 
style pub, or dine at night in the grand ballroom. Take advantage of
