Firepalce with plenty of wood for the season included. Located on  
private Feather Ridge close to shuttle pick up and close private  
parking for small group of condos.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Northstar's new "European Village" with skating rink, shops and  
restaurants. Access to all of the privileges of Northstar Property  
Owners Assoc. including the Northstar Swim and Racquet Club with  
spa and fitness center facilities. The shuttle system takes you  
from the condo to the slopes and all other facilities. 
Condo is equipped with Queen, 2 singles, sofa bed and loft. Kitchen  
is fully equipped. Cale TV, VCR and DVD. WiFi within Northstar.  
Laundry room fully equipped. 
 
No pets. No smoking.

All of Northstar's wonderful new amenities and village without the  
hassle of parking. See the Northstat at Tahoe website for all of the  
new shops, restaurants and facilities.

Vacation Rental Rates

Ski Lease - Jan 1, 2007  to April 30, 2008 - $2,000 per month, $1000 per week. Security deposit based on lease  
term. 
Winter - $300 per night + $85 cleaning fee. Free access to Northstar Rec. Center and all Homeowner amenities  
of fitness center, spa and rec. center for children.
