in original condition or $150 cleaning fee deducted from deposit.  
 
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Full Security Deposit refunded, less $100 cancellation fee, if  
cancellation is made within 45 days prior to arrival.  Less than 45 day advance notice, may result  
in loss of full security deposit.  Monthly rent due and payable 14 days prior to arrival.  
 
Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
