Cul-de-Sac In Ahaneim,CA Where everything is literally down the  
street.Just Remodeled on 2008!The difference between our home and other vacation home;(WE ARE WALKING  
DISTANCE FROM DISNEYLAND WE ARE JUST 2 BLOCKS). You can come home relax and then go back to Disney  
just walking no need for a car and we have A Private Pool. You can’t get any closer! You can see  
Disney’s fireworks from your windows.  
Disneyland & California Adventure (2 blocks) No need to pay for  
parking to go to Disneyland or Anaheim Convention Center you can park  
on front of the house.(2.5 Blocks),

This is a non smoking home, however smoking is allowed outside the  
house.

From $280- $380 per night including taxes

$150 Departure cleaning fee 
$400 refundable security deposit to reserved dates , returned 2 weeks after departure

Deposit of $400 to confirm dates  
Cancelations must be in writting 60 days prior arrival date.  
•	$100 Cancellation fee will apply to all canceled reservations. 
•	Additional Fee may be applicable (i.e., heating the swimming  
Pool $150 per week, etc.)  
Full payment must be received 60 days prior to stay 
If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation dates become open and available to others  
on a first come first serve basis.
