Vacation Rental Description

The perfect beachfront getaway for summer or winter is located on 
Rathtrevor Beach at Craig Bay and just 5 minutes to downtown 
Parksville, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.  Our Ocean view 
unit is located mere steps from the beautiful ocean.  This quiet, 
non smoking 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1100 square foot upper condominium 
unit is fully self contained. There are two sunny patios including 
the roof top patio with views over Craig Bay and Rathtrevor 
Provincial Park. The Park is right out your door and has many trails 
for walking and bicycle riding to enjoy. This area of Vancouver 
Island is renowned for it's warm water and when the tide receeds you 
have kilometers of soft warm sand and tidal pools to explore. Enjoy 
the beautiful views of Georgia Straight and watch the cruiseships 
sailing by towards Alaska.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit is fully furnished with all amenities.  The Master Bedroom 
has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. Fully equipped
to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. 
Our unit also includes an in suite washer and dryer, gas fireplace, 
propane BBQ, microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, DVD and VCR 
player and three TV's. Summer rates include, free local telephone 
service, Natural gas, cable and electricity.

Activities and Attractions

Parksville is ideally located to allow you to benefit from year 
round local Island activities such as golf, fishing, kayaking, 
sailing, swimming and whale watching.  Don't forget the Mini Golf!  
Only an 1-1/2 hour drive North, you'll find skiing and snowboarding 
on Mt. Washington, Vancouver Island's premier winter resort. 
Parksville hosts it's annual Summer Sand Castle building competition 
with international competitors and Beach Festival, great family 
fun.  If the rugged West Coast of Vancouver Island is of interest, 
Tofino and Long Beach are only 2 hours away. Don't forget to take a 
surfing lesson on Long Beach.  Make a day trip of it and enjoy 
Beautiful Victoria, City of Gardens, only a 2 hour drive south, or 
pack a picnic and head out to explore the rainforests and raging 
water falls close by.  Venture over and explore Horne Lake Caves and 
go for a hike.  If all these activities exhaust you, pull up a beach 
chair and enjoy the beautiful views of Georgia Straight right in 
front of you while reading that novel you can never get to.
