bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 queen size beds, 1 full size bed and 2 
single beds.  The kitchen is open to the living room and dining 
room.  Enjoy a wonderful BBQ in your private back yard with the 
Hawaiian breezes flowing, the water feature sparkling and relaxing, 
and the tiki torches lighted for your pleasure.  Have fun and take 
advantage of your new home in Hawaii.  Do not forget the sun 
protection lotion.  This is the warmest side of the island and the 
reason it is so beautiful.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates:

$6,000 for the 1st month
Rates decrease to $5,500 each additional month
Rates decrease to $4,500 after the 4th consecutive month

Periodic off-season discount rates available...please call or email 
for details.

Reservation Guarantee: 
Your reservation is confirmed upon our receipt of a non-refundable 
deposit of 50% of one month's rent.  The remaining non-refundable 
50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.  These funds are forfeited if 
your reservation is cancelled less than 30 days in advance.  When 
you check into the home, these funds will be applied towards your 
first month’s rent. 

We accept checks, money orders and most credit cards.

Electricity usage above $250/month
11.962% taxes
