BRAND NEW (as of 11/01/07) three bedroom (plus den), 3-1/2 bath home 
sleeps 10-12 and has the community pool right behind it!  Close to 
the beach on Mustang Island.  SIX plasma televisions, one in each 
bedroom, one each in kitchen, living rooms and den. Screened 
breezeway between house and garage with second dining area.

Small dogs (2 max.) permitted with a $15/day/pet non-refundable pet 
fee and prior approval.  OCEAN VIEW from balcony on second level.

Two car garage.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Six plasma TVs, one DVD player, HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS, Satellite 
television.  Pool on site.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, beachcombing, bird watching, sailing and boating, surfing, 
shopping, fine dining, parasailing.  Coming in Spring '08:  new world-
class golf course.

Vacation Rental Rates

DAILY:  Nov. through Feb. $275/night plus 13% occupancy tax
        March until Memorial Day $325/night + 13% occupancy tax
        Memorial Day through Labor Day $425/night + 13% tax
        Sept. through Oct. $325/night + tax
MONTHLY:  Nov. through Feb. $1700/month
