the 2007 Golf Week's # 2 "Best Residential Golf Course in America". Conveniently located between
Atlanta and Augusta this Crenshaw designed golf course is a special experience ! Athens is only 45
minutes away for UGA games.

The villa has 2 Suites (A & D) and 2 Studios (B & C) that can be rented separately or combined. See
the layout picture below. The suites each have a king bed and the studios each have two queen beds.
Each unit has a beautiful lake front view of Lake Oconee with an outdoor porch or patio. Since the
units can be rented separately, there is great flexibility for couples getaways, family gatherings or
corporate retreat. When combined, up to 12 guest can sleep with comfort.

Ideally situated, Villa # 471 is next door to the resort-styled swimming pool and Waterside
restaurant. The award-winning golf course and club house is a very short walk. Can't beat the
location!!!!!

* Suite A is $ 225 per night
* Suite D is $ 225 per night
* Studio B is $ 175 per night
* Studio C is $ 175 per night
