We provide a large 18x25 well equipped kitchen, pantry, closet and laundry-service room off
back, a 25x40 diningroom, two 18x21 livingrooms and eleven bedrooms
and four full bathrooms. We provide all bed
sheets. There are two flat screen TV, DVD/CD players.

Conveniently located to downhill skiing only 5 to 7 minutes to Hunter
Mtn, 12 minutes to Windham Mtn, and about 35 to 40 minutes Belle
Ayr. Summer activities include: swimming in several Lakes in the
area, within 10 to 20 minutes, hiking all around us, fishing 2 or 3
minutes in the Scoharie Creek, and many other Summer activities.

Rates vary according to season and length of stay. It costs less for weekends and more for a week long stay. Also it costs more during July and August as well as December until the end of March then it does in September or October. It is best to contact owner for rates.
