Schmucker Rentals, Waterbury Guest House in Indian Lake

This is the perfect property (clean, clean, clean) if your friends lake house is full and you do not want to stay at a motel in Bellefontaine. 

This is the new guest house finished in 2008 across the street from our
"Waterbury" lake house. This is a seperate rental from the lake
house. The cottage is built over the owners boat storage facility,
and has a seperate private entrance.

The second story has two bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom,
kitchen, great room, and balcony with lake views.
Waterbury is just east of the spillway, at the end of Park Drive,
and less than a mile from the new Pirate's Cove condominiums. Very
quiet location just accross the street form the open lake. We have plenty of parking for a couple of cars and a boat trailer.

We have a beautiful open water lot just 200 yards from the Guest House.  You may use it for swimming, fishing, campfires, etc.  It has a sea wall if you want to tie up your wave runner or boat for the afternoon.  There is no dock extending into the water. 

This is a nice weekend rental for your extra guests at the lake.   Central heating and air conditioning with fully furnished kitchen.

You will need to bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels.
A set is available if you can't.

Spring and Summer 2013:

Weekend rate: $400  Arrive Friday anytime and depart Monday morning....Three nights.

Holiday weekends are a bit more. 

Weekly rate is $750

Midweek Monday through Thursday $125 per night with two night minimum.
