*New construction for 2008 is finally finished, available for
weekends.
This is the brand new guest house across the street from our
"Waterbury" lake house. This is a seperate rental from the lake
house. The cottage is built over the owners boat storage facility,
and has a seperate private entrance.
The second story has two bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom,
kitchen, great room, and balcony with lake views.
Waterbury is just south of the spillway, at the end of Park Drive,
and less than a mile from the new Pirate's Cove condominiums. Very
quiet location just accross the street form the open lake. We have plenty of parking for a couple of cars and a boat trailer.

This is a nice weekend rental for your extra guests at the lake.
The photo below is the view from the balcony. Central heating and air conditioning with fully furnished kitchen.
You will need to bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels.
A set is available if you can't.

Weekend rate: $275.00 This is our flat weekend rate. We can not discount for shorter stays. You will have the Guest House from Friday to Monday.
